Crowd Favourites: TWA Readers’ Choice Awards 2019

Fifty awards were handed out to travel organisations at the intimate awards ceremony held in Singapore, which saw more than 160 tourism and hospitality leaders from Asia Pacific and other regions in attendance. EQ was honoured to have won Best New Hotel – Asia Pacific. KL Lifestyle Magazine – Once again joining the dazzling skyline of KL city, the newly reconceived EQ – previously Equatorial – is back in a glossy new skyscraper. What we loved was that you could find touches of Malaysian elements embedded in the hotel’s interior – from subtle songket details to carved copper panels at the lobby, showcasing Malaysian festival activities from the yesteryear panning the wall like a museum piece.
